Campaign used on Twitter and created inspired by 80's video-games to attract new talent to the company. Rooted in the aesthetics of early video games and digital interfaces, pixel art embodies a sense of nostalgia while simultaneously embracing the concept of simplicity within complexity. In order to communicate innovation with a touch of personality, pixel art was a way of creating an unique visual language that resonates with both classic and contemporary aesthetics. The elements used were representative of the company's origins like Japan, technology, pixels, as well as icons that would relate to each position advertised.
