As an effect of the Pandemic, more and more businesses went online, specially as an extra or integral part of income. For the Gloss Magazine it was a way to take the relationship with the readers even further, by offering one of a kind products on the Gloss Shop. The team's responsibility together with developers was to create a new category on the website that would be accessible, trustworthy and exciting, where not only exclusive products would be available, but also a place where events could be easily purchase in the future. The biggest challenge was that most of the audience was mostly matured-aged women, who were not used to buying online, so the focus was to make the journey as seamless as possible. The result was a brief journey, with not many steps, the design was kept very simple and the language very clear.
